Novie is a parenting support application that provides:
- Baby and child tracking (sleep, feeding, activities)
- AI-powered parenting guidance and recommendations
- Personalised schedules and insights
- Development milestone tracking
- Family collaboration features
3. User Accounts
To use Novie, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for parents and caregivers to track information about their children.
4. Subscription and Payments
Novie offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
- Free tier - Basic tracking and limited AI interactions
- Premium tier - Full access to all features and unlimited AI chat
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by the respective app store policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
- Use the Service to collect data about other users
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
6. Medical Disclaimer
Novie is not a medical service. The information, recommendations, and AI-generated content provided through Novie are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns about your child. If you believe your child is experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Our AI recommendations are based on general parenting guidance and may not be appropriate for your specific situation. Use your own judgement and consult professionals when needed.
7. Intellectual Property
The Novie app, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by Novie and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using Novie, you grant us a licence to use this data to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novie and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
